As a society, we are very conscious of privacy. Telephone numbers or email addresses of members of the committee are not generally published. We hold on computer limited details of members, including addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers; no banking information. Our year runs from 1 October. Membership records are held for approximately 18 months. They are removed before 1 April of the appropriate year.
